What should I do if I can’t find the product I am looking for?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your order will arrive with a prepaid shipping label, which can be used to return the merchandise at no additional cost so it can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
What is your return policy?
Items that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging are eligible for return within 14 days of the purchase of your product. All discounted items are considered Final Sale. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How long does it take to process my return?
It will take roughly 15 business days to process your return. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing and you will see it appear on your next statement.
Can I pre-order goods that are out of stock?
You can pre-order out of stock items if we plan to produce it within 3 months’ time. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive an email update within 5 business days.

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover.
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
We are happy to offer complimentary ground shipping for all US orders over $200.00 or more.
Can I ship my orders internationally?

How long will my orders take to arrive?
All available items will be processed within 2 business days. Ground shipping arrives in approximately 5 to 7 business days. UPS 2 day shipping will arrive in 3-5 business days from time of order.
Will my order be taxed?
Sales tax is calculated based on the laws of the state to which the product is being shipped to.
How do I track the status of my orders?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a UPS tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated date of arrival for your order, or you may also enter your tracking number directly on UPS.com website.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please call customer service at 646-732-2736. Please note that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
